LeadHERship Training Vancouver

Sole Programs Level 2: LeadHERship Training is designed for coaches of tweens and teens in all sports as well as community builders, and teachers. Whether you're thinking about coaching your child's community team or you're already the head coach of a national team, this workshop will give you deep insight on how to empower tweens through physical activities and mentorship. We will tackle topics such as how to build community, strengthen friendships, teamwork, resilience, confidence and have authentic, values based conversations.

This 2.5 day workshop uses a fun and active learning environment to enable coaches to teach, assess, and build fundamental skills to tweens between 6 and 13 years of age. Coaches will gain applicable knowledge and practical skills to plan their own practices and to link them into their sport and plans for their athletes and participants.
This Workshop does not guarantee employment by Sole Girls, however, Coaches will be eligible for curriculum licensing.

Training hours are:
Friday Nov 11 630-930pm
Saturday Nov 12 10-4pm
Sunday Nov 13 10-4pm
** Curriculum Training will be offered to Coaches who are employed with Sole Girls as coaches.
